PAYMENT AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES
For your convenience payment for services can be made in several ways. Accedence accepts PayPal, credit cards and cash. Consult our policies for cancellation and no show and charges.
If we don’t accept your insurance plan, we are happy to provide you with a superbill. Some clients will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. Many clients will not receive any reimbursement. We will work to provide benefit information so you can make an informed decision.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Method of Payment
Accedence Counseling requests 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty.
Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee. Payment for cancellations and no-shows will be collected in the next session or an invoice will be sent to your address for payment.
