Hola, I’m Lidia, a second-generation Latina and dedicated master’s practicum student specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m passionate about providing therapy that is both compassionate and culturally sensitive, recognizing that each individual, couple, and family has unique experiences that deserve respect and understanding.

individuals and families from Latino, Hispanic, and other marginalized communities. My approach is inclusive and non-judgmental, creating a space where you feel heard, understood,
