PAMELA LEE, Intake Coordinator

I have been working in many fields with a focus on teaching and creating tools that support efficiency. My work with major insurance companies supports my understanding of client care and knowing what to do and even not to do regarding the way clients are treated within the health system.

I also have experience as a mediator which allows me to work well with people in stressful situations. I am able to maintain a calm and safe space while also communicating well in order to support those I help.

As Intake Coordinator for Accedence Counseling, I bring a warmth to the client communications and an attention to detail to ensure client's have the best experience from the start of their therapy journey.
