After putting in time, money and effort into completing your degree and passing the NCE you are ready to begin your work as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). 


Congratulations!

As an LPC-A in Texas you are required to complete 3,000 hours of counseling work with 1,500 direct and 1,500 indirect. Supervision is required 4 times a month in an individual or group setting. Working with a supervisor who understands your goals can help you determine the type of career you want to build as an LPC.

Accedence Counseling is available to provide supervision for associates that do not have supervision available at their current work site or want to have supervision that is tailored for their personal goals.
