Why BridgeTrack Exists
Sometimes life becomes more difficult than one therapy session each week can address, but it doesn't require hospitalization or intensive outpatient treatment. BridgeTrack was created to provide structured, short-term therapy during these moments—helping people regain stability, build confidence, and continue moving forward.

-

Your clinician will help determine whether BridgeTrack is the best fit for your current needs.
Healthcare Professionals & Community Partners
BridgeTrack is designed for adults and adolescents who would benefit from more therapeutic support than traditional weekly outpatient therapy but do not require a higher level of care.
Each referral is individually assessed to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.
